Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our dynamic team in the insurance sector. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, explaining insurance products, generating leads, and helping customers find the right policy to suit their needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful policyholders
- Answer incoming customer queries related to policies, claims, and benefits
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions
- Provide accurate product information and recommend suitable policies
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass; a graduate degree is preferred
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales (insurance background is an advantage)
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Fluency in [Insert languages – e.g., English, Hindi, regional language]
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
