Manage front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes for guests.
Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly through effective communication skills.
Maintain accurate records of hotel transactions, including billing and reservations.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in hospitality industry (front office executive).
Diploma in Any Specialization required; relevant certifications preferred.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
Proficiency in billing, reservation systems, administration work, receptionist activities.
