Roles Responsbilities
You are responsible for driving B2B sales and growth of the PHCL RD product Formulation Kitchen and virtual brand space for the organisation.
Have a good understanding of the PHCL s business products and services and be able to advise others about them.
Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Develop a sales campaign, create a sales pipeline, and negotiate pricing to secure the most attractive prices and suppliers.
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
Create company intro and pitch for service or product demo
Write a pitch for email and social media
Do cold calling, email campaigns and social media campaigns
Send campaigns and schedule appointments with interested parties
Ability to conduct cold calls and walk-ins, find a warm lead out of nowhere, schedule in-person meetings, or over the phone and sell PHCL products and services to restaurants and hospitality businesses in India and globally.
Purchase contacts from aggregators or search individually via job networking platforms.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
Arrange a meeting for prospective clients with the top management of your company
Continuous follow-ups with multiple collaborators by fostering relationships.
Carry out sales forecasts and analyses and present your findings to senior management
Understand the customer needs and be able to respond effectively with a good plan of how to meet these
Think strategically by seeing the big picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
Work strategically by carrying out necessary planning to implement operational challenges
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Crafting business proposals and contracts by liaising with the legal team to draw in more revenue from clients.
You will be working closely with the finance and product development team, and regulatory with the expanded team of supply chain, formulation development, packaging technology, customer service, and legal of PHCL to identify prospective clients, draft work order proposals and secure new business.
Exceed sales targets performance-based goals while working independently
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
Required Qualification:
Bachelors degree in science, preferably Chemistry, pharmacy, Food Science, Food Technology, Biochemistry, Hotel management, Biotechnology, and/or equivalent technical and with sales and marketing experience.
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales in contract research organization focusing on pharmaceutical, veterinary, nutraceuticals, or food industries food beverages product development knowledge
