Recruiting individual insurance agents to build the agency network

Supporting agents with business development and field activity

Monitoring agent performance and providing regular feedback

Ensuring agents are licensed and adhere to compliance standards

Conducting sales meetings and product training sessions

Coordinating with internal teams for policy issuance and service requests

Tracking branch performance metrics and reporting to senior management

Identifying new business opportunities in the local market
