Process Consultant

Job Description

Review & provide outside recommendation on changes to the existing MIM process.

Document the MIM process, including escalation paths, communication protocols, and roles and responsibilities.

Establish clear communication channels for stakeholders, including senior management, affected users, and technical teams.

Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
