Roles and Responsibilities:

Process customer instructions by handling Outbound & Inbound calls defined by clients.
Provide outstanding customer service as per the client expectation on the given KPI’s.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
Understand the company’s processes thoroughly & effectively qualify related tests and assessments.
Document all customer data / calls in relevant database or CRM with regards to customer inquiries accurately.
Ensure Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for the process are met as per the business requirement.

Job Requirements:
Good in handling Computers,
Ability to read and understand the content and talk to customer fluently,
Good Objection handling,

Basic Excel Knowledge
12th Standard passed; Graduation preferred
