Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage teams effectively. Experience in a factory or production environment is preferred, but we are open to candidates with a strong willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of factory workers.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor equipment and arrange for maintenance when necessary.
• Train and support new employees as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (negotiable).
• Any degree from a recognized institution.
• Ability to work flexible or negotiable hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
