Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: REMOTE
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and make initial contact to promote the company’s products
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand sales
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Implement a sales plan to support sales and profitability goals
Coordinate and lead sales presentations to potential clients
Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to maximise profit
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
