Job Name: Production Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily operations in the Plant. (Coco Substrates)
• Manage workforce schedules and allocate tasks to meet production targets.
• Keep accurate production records, and inventory logs, and generate daily/weekly reports.
• Test and monitor plant processes.
• Maintain 5S, Safety Standards, Kaizen guidelines.
• Prepare analyse and issue production and performance reports.
• Maintain all administrative records.
• Control costs to achieve company budget goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance.
• Manpower Arrangement & Manpower Handling.

Key Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP or production software).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay
