Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly line, factory, or warehouse environments and possess strong mechanical knowledge.

Duties
Supervise and coordinate production team activities

Ensure products are assembled and fabricated according to quality standards

Monitor production processes to meet deadlines and targets

Train and mentor production staff on using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts

Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety guidelines

Collaborate with management to optimize production efficiency

Requirement

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility
• Proficiency in assembling and fabricating products
• Knowledge of mechanical processes and equipment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay

Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu
