Key Responsibilities

Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile processes within project teams.
Coach, mentor, and guide consultants to identify optimal solutions for project-specific challenges.
Analyze existing systems and processes; design strategies for Agile best practice implementation.
Ensure teams stay aligned with Agile principles, adjusting approaches as needed to meet strategic goals.
Lead Agile workshops for development, functional teams, and key stakeholders.
Facilitate individual and team learning through coaching and mentoring.
Promote Agile principles, Scrum practices, and the overall operating model across teams.
Champion the use of metrics and objective measures to track team performance.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and communicate progress to leadership.

Essential Skills & Experience

12+ years of total IT experience, with strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile frameworks.
Skilled in conducting retrospectives, stand-ups, and sprint planning.
Ability to identify blockers and maintain team motivation through 1:1 coaching.
Experience transitioning teams from traditional to Agile delivery models.
Support Product Owners in backlog management and sprint planning.
Proactively remove impediments and guide teams toward self-organization.
Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
Evaluate and elevate team Agile maturity at a sustainable pace.
Strong communication skills to improve transparency and adaptability.
Certified in Scrum and/or SAFe methodologies.
Demonstrated success in process creation and improvement.
Experience in project risk and financial management.
