Roles & Responsibilities:

Experience in implementation and maintenance of enterprise datacenters networks
Hands on experience in Campus / Enterprise datacenter class network devices is essential
Hands on experience on VMware NSX-T Manager, Distributed Firewalling, Edge Firewalling, N-VDS, Tier 0, Tier 1 gateways & logical segments, NSX Intelligence, PCG, CSM
Knowledge of vRNI Proxy and platform, configuration of various data sources in vRNI
Technical knowhow of Cisco Nexus switching and ACI
Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMWare vSphere
CCNP/CCIE Datacenter or VMware VCP NV is an added advantage
Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect is an added advantage
Should be a good team player and ability to multitask
Perform network maintenance tasks like software and hardware upgrades
Installing and troubleshooting of Datacenter Network Infra comprised of Nexus 2k , Nexus 5k , Nexus 7k , Nexus 9K, Cisco ASA and Cisco 6500 series switches
Work with Application & Service teams to understand their Architecture, data traffic requirements to implement E-W and N-S policies to secure server workloads
Work in close co-ordination with vendors for technical solutioning & delivery
Validate the technical designs shared by vendors & Design teams for new deployments
Periodically monitor the traffic requirement of Applications & Services and make changes to security policies to reflect the change in traffic patterns
Understand the security rule change requests that come from service teams, translate them to security policy and configure it
Work with vendors to remediate high severity vulnerabilities in the Infrastructure
Providing 24 X 7 support to quickly address and resolve tickets
