Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our dental hospital team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists during procedures, ensure patient comfort and safety, and maintain a clean, sterile environment. This role is essential for delivering high-quality dental care and ensuring a smooth clinical workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during dental procedures, surgeries, and treatments
• Prepare dental instruments, materials, and equipment
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical history
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and instructions to patients
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
• Manage dental chairs and clinical setup before and after procedures
• Support dentists in handling emergencies during procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure patient comfort, empathy, and care at all times
• Coordinate with other medical staff for smooth clinical operations

Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior experience in a dental clinic/hospital is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and attentive during treatments
• Proficiency in patient care and infection control measures
