Job Description
- Work on a project to reconcile physical and ERP stock – Fabric and Trims.
- Performing “Inventory management system” Conforming to standard warehouse practice (Bar Coding, Location-wise material information on ERP, etc.) and apply new warehouse technologies to minimize errors and improve operational efficiency of the Stores.
- Regularly monitoring physical closing stock with that of an ERP to have strong control over the stock in both stores.
- Thoroughly ensuring the proper recording of all loading and unloading for incoming and outgoing material with that of barcodes are attached to every material inhoused.
- Reviewing and finalizing fabric and trims closing report every month.
- Efficiently and immediately communicating to HO in case of any requirement arising with respect to goods received in the factory.
- Timely disposal of materials from the stores after each season is completed.
- Updating availability of material in the stores/store room to the Merchandiser for placing new orders to the supplier.
- Regularly verifying actual physical stock and stock on ERP.
- Implement lean management system in the stores which will result in optimizing operations to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity.
Exp: 5 – 10 Years in Manufacturing Industry. Preference will be given for Candidate from experienced in Textile/Apparel/Export Industry.
Language: Tamil, English (Hindi would be added advantage)

Qualification: MBA / Any Graduate
