We are seeking motivated Fresh Engineering Graduates or Diploma Holders in Mechanical or Electrical fields to join our production team as Trainee Operators at our food processing facility

Training Program
One-year structured training program
Hands-on experience in food production operations
Learn industrial best practices and safety protocols

Requirements
Fresh Engineering Graduate (B.E/B.Tech) or Diploma holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Good understanding of basic mechanical/electrical concepts
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work in shifts (if required)
